Please download this form and fill it in (see instructions below or download them from here)

• Please fill in one form per conference delegate (the columns to the left are for accompanying persons only, NOT for additional delegates)
• The registration form consists of 5 Subsections (1 Personal Details / 2 Conference Participation / 3 Social Program / 4 Accommodation / 5 Transport) Please fill in sec 1 and 2 COMPLETELY for each delegate and any of the remaining sections, if applicable.
• Fields that have a little red corner are those to which a comment is attached. Move the cursor on the field to see the comment, which will give further details and explanation
• Some internal checks for completeness and consistency will give warning messages (in red). Please continue filling in your registration form, till all such messages have disappeared. Please do not submit incomplete or inconsistent forms!
• In section 2, please indicate, if you plan to present at the Conference by giving the relevant Unique Abstract Label (UAL) which was mailed to you in acknowledgement of receipt. (You only need to enter the last three digits, so if the UAL = SAIP08-xyz, please enter in your form xyz).
• The amount of fees payable is summed up on a separate spreadsheet, but that's just for you to get an idea, what you will need to budget for. We will send out official invoices.
• If something goes wrong, don't panic. Just go download the form again and start afresh.
